Job Brief:
We are seeking an experienced SEO Specialist to drive organic visibility and rankings across multiple digital properties. The role requires strong technical SEO knowledge, strategic thinking, and excellent communication skills in English. You will be responsible for building sustainable search growth, ensuring content and technical best practices, and delivering measurable results.
- Conduct keyword research and analysis, and monitor keyword rankings using SEO tools.
- Implement on-page and off-page SEO strategies (metadata, site structure, link-building).
- Create and manage off-page backlink content for outreach and partnerships.
- Ensure all SEO deliverables are completed on schedule.
- Regularly monitor and report on traffic, keyword performance, and overall site health.
- Perform ongoing technical SEO audits and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with content teams to embed SEO into content creation.
- Maintain compliance with white-hat SEO practices.
- Increase Organic Visibility: Ensure our websites consistently rank higher for targeted keywords and attract qualified traffic.
- Optimize Content Performance: Work closely with teams to align blogs, landing pages, and content strategies with SEO best practices.
- Build Domain Authority: Develop and implement white-hat link-building strategies to improve authority and competitiveness.
- Monitor & Report: Track keyword rankings, traffic, and site performance using SEO tools, and provide actionable insights.
- Future-Proof SEO Efforts: Stay ahead of Google algorithm changes and maintain long-term ranking stability.
- 3–5 years proven experience as an SEO Specialist or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO
. - Hands-on experience with SEO tools such as Google Search Console, GA4, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog
. - Excellent written and spoken English — ability to clearly understand instructions and communicate effectively.
- Certification in SEO or Digital Marketing (preferred).
- Basic knowledge of digital marketing, social media, and Google Ads
. - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Confident, detail-oriented, and able to work independently across multiple projects.
- Remote role with flexible working hours.
