Job Summary
As a Lead Developer specializing in SharePoint technologies you will play a crucial role in designing developing and implementing solutions that enhance our retail banking operations. With a focus on SharePoint Online and SPFx you will ensure seamless integration and administration driving efficiency and innovation.
Responsibilities- Lead the design and development of SharePoint Online solutions to optimize retail banking processes
- Oversee the implementation of SPFx frameworks to enhance user experience and functionality
- Provide expertise in workflows within SharePoint to automate and streamline operations
- Ensure effective SharePoint branding to align with corporate identity and enhance user engagement
- Manage MS SharePoint integration to ensure seamless connectivity with other systems
- Administer SharePoint environments to maintain security performance and reliability
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions
- Conduct regular assessments to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation
- Develop and maintain documentation for SharePoint solutions and processes
- Train and mentor junior developers to build a strong and capable team
- Monitor industry trends to incorporate best practices and emerging technologies
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure project alignment
- Drive the adoption of SharePoint solutions to enhance productivity and collaboration.
- Possess extensive experience in SharePoint Online SPFx and SharePoint Administration
- Demonstrate proficiency in workflows and branding within SharePoint environments
- Have a strong background in MS SharePoint integration and retail banking domain
- Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Show ability to work effectively in a hybrid work model and adapt to changing priorities
- Display strong communication skills to interact with diverse teams and stakeholders
- Hold a bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with relevant certifications in SharePoint technologies.
