QA Engineer

Job Description – QA Manual & Automation Engineer (Wealth & Trading)

Experience – 5-8years

The QA Engineer will ensure high‑quality delivery of Wealth and Trading platforms through effective manual and automated testing across digital onboarding, trading workflows, portfolio journeys, and system integrations.

• 5–8 years QA experience (Manual + Automation)
• 2–3 years in Wealth/Trading domain
• ISTQB certification preferred

• Execute manual and automated testing across trading and wealth management systems.
• Design test cases, scenarios, and test data for SIT/UAT cycles.
• Develop and maintain automation scripts using Selenium, Playwright, TestNG or Cucumber (aligned with common tooling used internally).
• Support defect triage, retesting, and coordination with business, IT, and vendors (reflecting patterns from defect triage and QA alignment processes).
• Validate integrations with trading engines, onboarding APIs, and brokerage systems (e.g., IBKR/MIB 2.0).

Required Skills

• Strong experience in manual QA and automation frameworks (Selenium, Playwright, Cucumber).
• API testing (Postman), SQL for backend validation.
• Understanding of trade life cycle
  , order flows, portfolio reporting, and wealth features (e.g., statements, performance).
• Experience working in Agile environments and CI/CD (Azure Dev Ops, Jenkins).

• Regulatory or SCA‑related reporting (preferred)
