Project Manager - Digital; Agile & Waterfall methologies-banking Domain

Overview

We have an urgent requirement for Project Manager - Digital Applications (Agile & Waterfall methodologies) for a banking client in Abu Dhabi, UAE.

Manage digital application projects using Agile and Waterfall methodologies, ensuring delivery of high-quality products that meet business objectives.

• Manage project lifecycle for digital applications using Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall approaches
• Develop project plans, timelines, and resource allocation for digital initiatives
• Facilitate communication with stakeholders, teams, and vendors for project progress and issues
• Ensure projects align with business goals, meet quality standards, and are delivered on time and budget
• Conduct risk management, issue resolution, and change management for projects
• Lead Agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, daily standups, retrospectives) and Waterfall milestones
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and deployment
• Drive stakeholder engagement and manage expectations for digital projects

• PMP certification
• 5+ years of experience in project management, with focus on digital applications
• Experience managing projects using both Agile (Scrum/Kanban) and Waterfall methodologies
• Strong understanding of digital application development lifecycle and delivery
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
• Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project)

• Experience in digital transformation projects or product development
• Agile certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, SAFe)
• Knowledge of digital technologies (e.g., mobile apps, web development, cloud)
