About the Role
Our client, a leading management consulting firm headquartered on Yas Island Abu Dhabi, is delivering a major SAP Supply Chain transformation for a luxury retail brand in Dubai. We are looking for an experienced Senior/Lead Consultant to lead client engagement and manage the delivery of end-to-end supply chain processes within SAP, covering planning, distribution, and operational alignment.

This is not a technical configuration role, the focus is on managing stakeholders, shaping solutions, and ensuring smooth delivery in a high-end retail environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary interface between the consulting firm, the client, and project stakeholders
• Lead workshops, requirements gathering, and solution design discussions
• Oversee SAP Supply Chain process implementation across planning, distribution, and logistics
• Provide strategic input on best practices and process optimisation
• Manage risks, resolve issues, and ensure project milestones are met
• Ensure deliverables meet both client expectations and consulting firm standards

Requirements

• 7+ years experience in supply chain transformation projects
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP Supply Chain processes (planning, distribution, inventory, logistics)
• Proven background in management consulting (experience with a top-tier firm preferred)
• Excellent client-facing,
  pro-active communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience in luxury retail or premium consumer goods is advantageous
• UAE-based or willing to relocate, with ability to travel frequently between Abu Dhabi and Dubai
