Job OverviewWe are hiring a technically strong Digital Marketing Executive to join our Marketing Team and take ownership of the performance, tracking, and optimization of our ecommerce website and mobile application
. This role focuses on data-driven growth
, paid acquisition, analytics implementation, and conversion optimization across web and app ecosystems. The candidate will work closely with internal tech, product, and design teams to ensure scalable digital growth.
- Plan, execute, and scale performance-driven campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and app acquisition platforms
- Optimize ROAS, CPA, LTV, CAC
, and conversion funnels across web and app channels - Manage app install campaigns, re-engagement campaigns, and in-app conversion events
- Own and manage website and mobile app marketing performance from a technical perspective
- Configure and maintain GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Events Manager, and conversion APIs
- Implement and validate event tracking, pixels, SDKs, and server-side tracking
- Monitor website speed, landing page performance, and checkout drop-offs
- Work with developers to troubleshoot tracking issues and performance gaps
- Analyze user behavior, attribution paths, and conversion funnels using GA4, Firebase, and ad platforms
- Perform A/B testing on landing pages, creatives, funnels, and app flows
- Identify data discrepancies between analytics and ad platforms and resolve them
- Build detailed performance dashboards and reports with actionable insights
- Work closely with product, tech, UX/UI, and design teams for feature launches and optimizations
- Manage ecommerce promotions, seasonal campaigns, and app feature rollouts
- Coordinate with external vendors, agencies, and tracking partners when required
- Arabic language is mandatory
- 4–6 years of hands‑on experience in technical digital marketing / ecommerce performance marketing
- Strong expertise in:
- Google Ads (Search, Display, Shopping, App Campaigns)
- Meta Ads (Web & App, CAPI implementation)
- GA4, Google Tag Manager, Firebase Analytics
- Experience with:
- Conversion tracking,
pixels, SDKs, server-side tracking - App analytics and attribution tools (Apps Flyer, Adjust, or similar – preferred)
- Funnel analysis, cohort analysis, and attribution modeling
- Strong understanding of UX, CRO, and ecommerce checkout optimization
- UAE / GCC ecommerce experience is a strong advantage
