Job DescriptionThe Programme Manager will lead the overall Smart Metering Programme in the UAE, ensuring coordinated delivery across Meters, communications services, HES, MDMS, IT, and Testing streams. The role oversees planning, governance, and performance monitoring to achieve programme objectives on time and within budget.
