Program Director – Enterprise CRM
Overview
Program Director – Enterprise CRM role to lead a high-impact, enterprise-wide CRM transformation within a leading banking environment. This role will drive the transition from the current CRM platform to a future strategic ecosystem, enabling a single, integrated client view across Wholesale Banking, Investment Banking & Markets, and other key business lines.
This is a front-to-back transformation mandate focused on embedding CRM into the bank’s operating model, improving client intelligence, strengthening cross-sell, and ensuring strong regulatory and conduct alignment. The successful candidate will operate at enterprise scale, partnering closely with ExCo leadership, front-office, product, coverage, risk, compliance, and technology teams to deliver measurable business value.
Responsibilities- Driving migration to the future CRM ecosystem (Dynamics / Salesforce or similar)
- Embedding CRM into front-office workflows and driving behavioural adoption
- Ensuring data integrity, client servicing continuity, and strong control frameworks
- Overseeing integration with core banking, onboarding, KYC, product and reporting platforms
- Managing senior stakeholders across business, technology, and control functions
- Owning outcomes tied to growth, profitability, risk posture, and client experience
- Delivering measurable value (ROI, NPV, benefits realisation) across the portfolio
- 12+ years of senior program leadership experience within global banking
- Proven delivery of enterprise CRM or front-office platform transformations
- Strong exposure to Wholesale Banking and Investment Banking environments
- Experience operating under regulatory and audit scrutiny
- Executive-level stakeholder management and influence
- Front-to-back transformation experience (not purely IT delivery)
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2 or SAFe
