Job SummaryKN International is seeking a qualified Project Manager / Senior Project Manager (IT) to lead multiple IT-related projects at Yas Marina Circuit. The role involves managing high-profile, technically sensitive initiatives, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong IT background, proven experience in IT project delivery, and the ability to coordinate stakeholders, manage vendors, and mitigate risks effectively.
Key Responsibilities- Plan, execute, and oversee IT projects, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
- Manage projects including Core Network Infrastructure Refresh, Public Address (PA) System Replacement, and CCTV Backend Infrastructure Upgrade.
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and internal teams to align goals and expectations.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications, operational requirements, and industry standards.
- Prepare and present project status reports to senior management and clients.
- Oversee procurement, resource allocation, and vendor management for IT systems and infrastructure.
- Lead the project team, assigning tasks, tracking progress, and ensuring efficient completion.
- Implement IT project management best practices, quality control, and security protocols.
- Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience managing IT projects, preferably in high-profile operational environments.
- Strong expertise in network infrastructure, digital audio systems, CCTV backend systems, or related IT systems.
- Proven experience in vendor management, risk management, and budget control.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent IT projects and deliver under tight deadlines.
