Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Salesforce Education Cloud Specialist to support, maintain, and enhance academic systems built on the Salesforce Education Cloud platform. The role involves working closely with academic, admissions, and IT teams to manage student lifecycle processes and ensure effective system utilization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Configure, support, and optimize Salesforce Education Cloud
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions
- Manage student lifecycle, admissions, enrollment, and academic records
- Perform data migration, integration, and system enhancements
- Create reports, dashboards, and user documentation
- Provide user support, training, and troubleshoot system issues
Requirements:
- 6+ years of Salesforce experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience with Salesforce Education Cloud or Higher Education Data Architecture (HEDA).
- Experience in higher education or Student Information Systems preferred
- Salesforce Administrator certification is a plus
