Core Skills & Responsibilities (Must-Have)
6–10+ years of experience in UI-focused delivery / digital project management within banking or financial services.
Lead end-to-end delivery of UI-driven digital initiatives across retail, corporate, and internal banking platforms.
Strong understanding of UI principles, design systems, and front-end technologies.
Collaborate with UX/UI teams, product owners, developers, and business stakeholders to define UI requirements and design direction.
Ensure compliance with branding, accessibility (WCAG), and banking regulatory guidelines.
Oversee sprint planning, design reviews, and quality checks in Agile / Scrum environments.
Identify UI/UX gaps and propose enhancements to improve customer journeys and digital experience.
Manage cross-functional communication and align timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
Monitor project risks and implement mitigation strategies proactively.
Maintain documentation, design standards, and UI governance across digital channels.
Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members and UI contributors.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills in regulated environments.
Preferred / Good to HaveExperience in digital transformation initiatives within banking or fintech.
Familiarity with tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar design platforms.
Strong understanding of compliance, security, and risk considerations in banking applications.
Experience driving continuous improvement in UI processes and collaboration frameworks.
