NOTE: Candidates MUST hold a valid UAE freelance visa, golden visa, or sponsored visa with NOC (mandatory), and be available to start immediately.
Location: Hybrid (Abu Dhabi onsite + remote collaboration)

We are looking for an experienced AI Development Consultant to join a pioneering program with one of the region’s leading offshore services companies. Sponsored directly by the client’s CIO, this role will put you at the forefront of building agentic AI environments that enhance decision-making, automate workflows, and enable next‑generation digital transformation.
This is a unique chance to apply your technical expertise in a high-impact enterprise setting, collaborating with internal teams and global technology partners to deliver real-world AI solutions.
What You’ll Do- Design and develop AI agents using modern frameworks (Lang Chain, Llama Index, etc.).
- Build APIs, pipelines, and integrations to connect agents with enterprise systems and partner platforms.
- Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and manage vector databases for intelligent reasoning.
- Prototype, test, and scale AI solutions from POC to production.
- Work closely with the CIO’s office, client IT team, and external suppliers to align architecture and delivery.
- Share knowledge and mentor teams as client builds its internal AI capability.
- 10+ years in software engineering, including 4-5 years in applied AI/ML.
- Hands‑on experience with agent frameworks and orchestration tools.
- Python (primary language), with solid cloud/MLOps exposure.
- Vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, Weaviate) and embeddings.
- Track record of delivering enterprise-grade AI solutions in multi‑vendor ecosystems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills – comfortable working with technical teams and senior business leaders.
- Reinforcement learning, multi‑agent systems, or digital twins.
- Familiarity with AI governance, ethics, and compliance frameworks.
- Experience with enterprise workflow platforms.
- Sector exposure in marine/offshore, logistics, or energy.
- Work directly with a forward‑thinking leadership team.
- Influence the early adoption of agentic AI in a global offshore services environment.
- Collaborate with top‑tier partners and suppliers on cutting‑edge AI initiatives.
