Role OverviewWe are now looking for a Product Analyst to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone passionate about financial technology, data‑driven insights, AI, and translating user behavior into actionable product improvements.
Responsibilities- Translate product requirements into clear, prioritized user stories
- Maintain product team backlog and manage all day‑to‑day activities for the Product Team
- Facilitate delivery for product squads, ensuring predictable, high‑quality execution with a strong team cadence and focus
- Analyze product usage and customer journeys to identify opportunities and risks
- Bridge product, business, and engineering through clear, insight‑driven communication
- Report progress to senior stakeholders, escalating blockers and/or dependencies where required
- Monitor post‑release performance and support rapid iteration based on feedback
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field
- 2‑4 years of experience as a Product Analyst, Business Analyst, or Data Analyst (Fin Tech/Wealth Tech experience is a plus)
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Power BI)
- Familiarity with product analytics platforms (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA4, etc.)
- Knowledge of financial markets, wealth management, or investment products preferred
- Interest/knowledge using AI tools
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate complex data into actionable insights for both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Startup mindset: adaptable, curious, and eager to build things from the ground up
