Responsibilities- Service Portfolio Strategy & Roadmap (Training + Change)
- Define the training and change enablement service portfolio (e.g., adoption strategy, role‑based learning journeys, champions programs, comms toolkits, train‑the‑trainer, onboarding, governance and measurement).
- Develop a multi‑sector enablement strategy aligned to program goals across government, education, and SOEs.
- Build a service roadmap informed by user needs, sector‑specific requirements, and evolving GenAI capabilities.
- Establish service packaging, delivery models, and standards that make offerings repeatable and scalable.
- Partner & Vendor Ecosystem (Selection, Onboarding, Management)
- Identify, evaluate, and onboard vendors and delivery partners (training providers, change consultancies, content studios, LMS/LXP platforms) to scale execution.
- Define scopes of work, delivery expectations, and SLAs/KPIs; contribute to procurement processes and contract governance in partnership with internal functions.
- Manage partner performance through a structured cadence (QBRs, quality reviews, outcomes reporting), ensuring consistent experience and results.
- Delivery Governance, Quality & Enablement Operations
- Create and maintain playbooks, templates, and toolkits for delivery partners (facilitation guides, adoption plans, communications assets, evaluation frameworks).
- Ensure consistent quality through QA processes, content standards, and alignment to Inception’s methods and brand.
- Implement measurement frameworks to track participation, proficiency, adoption, and business impact; use insights to continuously improve services.
- Solution Design for Strategic Engagements & New Services
- Co‑design enablement and change approaches for strategic clients and priority rollouts; translate stakeholder needs into deliverable service plans.
- Lead or co‑lead pilot engagements and new service launches with partners (e.g., first‑of‑kind programs, executive enablement, sector‑specific enablement).
- Establish “train‑the‑trainer” models to enable client and partner teams to deliver at scale.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Advisory
- Act as a trusted advisor to program leadership, product teams, and client stakeholders on adoption risks, change impacts, readiness, and engagement strategy.
- Build stakeholder alignment across business, technology, HR/L&D, and communications teams to ensure cohesive adoption
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Education, Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business, or related field.
- 6–12 years of experience in enablement, training, and/or change management – ideally including building programs at scale across multiple stakeholders or sectors.
- Demonstrated experience with vendor/partner management, including selection, onboarding, governance, and performance management.
- Strong capability in service design and program strategy (creating repeatable offerings, playbooks, standards, and operating models).
- Experience working with digital transformation, technology adoption, or AI/analytics programs is strongly preferred.
- Change management credentials (e.g., Prosci/ACMP) are a plus.
- You are comfortable operating in ambiguity, setting direction, and building the ecosystem and mechanisms (standards, governance, KPIs) that scale delivery.
- You can translate complex AI concepts into adoption‑ready services and influence senior stakeholders across government and enterprise environments.
- You are able to operate independently and are used to take ownership of a problem end‑to‑end.
