We are seeking an experienced Data Solution Architect to design and lead the implementation of scalable, enterprise-grade data analytics solutions. The ideal candidate combines deep technical expertise in big data technologies with strong client-facing, consulting, and pre‑sales capabilities. This role requires strategic thinking, architectural leadership, and hands‑on experience delivering complex data solutions across on‑premises and cloud environments.

• Architect and design end-to-end data analytics solutions leveraging modern big data technology stacks.
• Develop and present comprehensive technical solution architecture documents, including high-level designs (HLD) and low-level designs (LLD).
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to define requirements, assess feasibility, and develop use cases and future-state architecture scenarios.
• Conduct architecture reviews and audits; evaluate solution performance, scalability, and compute ROI for proposed initiatives.
• Lead solution implementation lifecycle from requirement gathering and project planning through successful go‑live.
• Participate in the full spectrum of pre‑sales activities:
• Direct client engagement
• RFP/RFI processing
• Proposal development and estimation
• Solution architecture presentations
• Technical discussions and workshops with client stakeholders
• Stay current with emerging technologies and maintain a structured personal development plan in data architecture and related technology stacks.
• Develop deep understanding of industry trends, best practices, and competitive landscape in the big data domain.
• Support business growth initiatives and client acquisition efforts in the data and analytics space.

• Minimum 7+ years of professional experience in data engineering, data architecture, or big data solutions.
• Proven experience as a Big Data Architect with strong hands‑on development background in:
• Java, Scala, or Python
• Solid experience delivering enterprise-scale data analytics platforms and defining architecture standards and guidelines.
• Strong expertise in big data ecosystems (minimum hands‑on production experience with at least one major big data technology such as Apache Spark, Hadoop, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of batch data processing frameworks and distributed data systems.
• Experience designing and implementing solutions across:
• On-premises data platforms
• Cloud environments including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
• Experience with data integration, ETL/ELT pipelines, data lakes, data warehousing, and analytics platforms.
• Understanding of security, governance, scalability, performance tuning, and cost optimization in distributed data systems.
