We are looking for a creative and professional UI/UX Designer to join our team. You will be responsible for designing professional, user-friendly interfaces for websites and applications, with a strong focus on improving user experience and increasing engagement.

• Lead the full design process from research to finalhandoff to developers
• Conduct user research, competitor analysis, andusability testing
• Create user journey maps, user flows, and wireframes
• Design high-fidelity and interactive mockups
• Design responsive interfaces for websites and mobile applications
• Develop and maintain design systems while ensuringbrand consistency
• Collaborate closely with the development team to ensurepixel-perfect implementation
• Identify UX issues and propose data-driven solutions
• Continuously improve user experience based on feedbackand analytics

• Minimum 3 years of experience in UI/UX design
• Strong portfolio showcasing real web and mobileprojects
• Professional proficiency in Figma
• Deep understanding of UX principles and usabilitystandards
• Experience in building design systems and component libraries
• Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is a plus
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines

Experience with real estate platforms or CRM systems

Experience working in an Agile environment

Knowledge of user behavior analytics tools
