Job TitleFirco Support & Integration Specialist
Role SummaryWe are seeking a highly experienced Senior Firco Support Specialist with deep expertise in Firco Continuity, Firco Trust and FSK, and hands‑on integration experience with Firco Prediction Integrator (PI) and Firco Case Manager (CM) API. The candidate will be responsible for production support, incident management, API integrations, automation, data validation, and system stability in a high‑volume banking sanctions screening environment.
Key Responsibilities- Production Support
- Provide advanced support for Firco Continuity, Firco Trust & FSK
- Monitor real‑time screening queues, batch screening, and alert generation
- Handle High‑priority Incidents
- Screening outages
- Watchlist update failures
- API response failures
- Decision text anomalies
- Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and preventive action implementation
- Ensure SLA adherence and regulatory compliance
- Perform UAT and production validation testing
- Integration & API Expertise
- Implement and support integration between Firco and third‑party AI adjudication tools
- Configure and manage PI workflows
- Support CM API inbound/outbound integration
- Develop and troubleshoot REST/SOAP APIs, JSON/XML payload mapping
- Field‑level mapping between PI and CM
- Real‑time vs batch integration models
- Handling API throttling and timeout issues
- Strong hands‑on experience with:
- Firco Continuity (v6 preferred)
- Firco Trust
- FSK
- Firco Prediction Integrator
- Firco Case Manager
- SWIFT
- Integration & Tools
- REST & SOAP APIs
- JSON/XML transformation
- Postman, SoapUI
- SQL (Oracle & SQL Server)
- Shell scripting / Windows Batch
- Fortra Automate
- Experience integrating with AI adjudication platforms
- Knowledge of name screening vs transaction screening
- Cloud deployment exposure (Azure/AWS)
- Strong incident management capability
- High attention to detail
- Process improvement mindset
- Ability to guide junior support staff
