Scrum Master – Corporate Lending & Financing

We are currently looking to hire a Scrum Master with a strong background in Lending and Financing, specifically in Corporate and SME Financing. The ideal candidate should have hands‑on experience in agile project delivery and a solid understanding of financial services operations.

• Guide and coach the Scrum team and organization on Agile practices and values.
• Facilitate daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.
• Work closely with Product Owners and cross‑functional teams to ensure clear backlog priorities.
• Identify and eliminate obstacles that impede the team’s progress.
• Ensure effective collaboration and communication among team members.
• Promote continuous improvement within teams through data‑driven metrics and feedback loops.
• Foster a high‑trust, psychologically safe team environment conducive to growth and delivery.

• Education:
  
  Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
• Experience:
  
  Minimum of 4 years’ proven experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in Corporate Lending, Banking, or Financial Technology domains.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies, Scrum framework, and project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence).
• Excellent facilitation, conflict resolution, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Scrum Master Certification (CSM, PSM) is preferred.
