Provide senior technical leadership in designing and implementing complex infrastructure and systems solutions.

Lead solution architecture and design reviews, ensuring scalability, reliability, and security.

Establish and enforce technical governance standards across systems engineering practices.

Mentor and guide junior and mid-level engineers, fostering technical growth and best practices.

Drive critical implementations, ensuring successful delivery of enterprise projects.

Act as the escalation point for complex technical issues, providing resolution and root cause analysis.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align infrastructure solutions with business objectives.

Document and communicate system designs, standards, and procedures to stakeholders.

• 5+ years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure design, or enterprise architecture.
• Strong expertise in Windows/Linux systems administration and enterprise infrastructure.
• Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Proficiency in virtualization and containerization technologies (VMware, Kubernetes, Docker).
• Knowledge of networking, storage, and security architecture.
• Experience with automation tools (Ansible, Terraform, Power Shell, Python).
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and manage escalations effectively.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field

• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
