Job Description The Senior Product Manager at Group 42 (G42) will drive the strategy and development of advanced AI and data products while aligning innovation with business objectives. ** Main Duties
*** Develop and execute AI and data product strategies aligned with company goals, market opportunities, and emerging technology trends.
* Define clear product roadmaps, prioritize features, and translate customer feedback and market research into actionable development plans.
* Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle while collaborating with engineering and data science teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
* Monitor product performance through KPIs and analytics to optimize product features, customer value, and overall business impact.
* Engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights, strengthen relationships, and support successful product launches.
** Essential Qualifications
*** Bachelor’s degree from a Computer Science Engineering Data Science or related technical field.
* 7 to 10 years of technical product management experience which includes 3 years of work with AI and data products.
* Deep technical knowledge of AI machine learning data science and cloud computing technologies.
* Demonstrated success in developing and running sophisticated AI-based solutions from their previous work experience.
* Possesses strong leadership abilities together with effective communication skills which enable collaboration across different teams.
** Preferred Qualifications
*** Advanced degree requirement calls for an applicant to possess either an MBA degree or equivalent educational credentials in technology or business fields.
* Demonstrates exceptional analytical skills and strategic thinking abilities which enable him to convert technical skills into product benefits.
* Possesses experience in working within rapid development environments that focus on technological innovation.
