Overview
Analogis pioneering the era of physical intelligence. Where digital intelligence transformed our online lives, Analogis transforming the lived world, making cities more adaptive, industries more resilient, services more human centered, and experiences more extraordinary.
At the heart of our approach are living world models, continuously updated, enriched by every capture point, every device, every interaction. Within them resides Ana, the Analog Neural Agent. Ana perceives, adapts, and guides, transforming raw data into foresight and orchestration that improves outcomes across sectors, from safeguarding high-value assets to enhancing human performance.
Smart Contract EngineerWe are seeking a Smart Contract Engineer to design and implement next-generation protocol primitives that enable machine-verifiable commitments, state attestations, and autonomous coordination across decentralized environments.
This role sits at the intersection of protocol research and systems engineering, contributing to the foundations of next-generation physical intelligence systems — where digital protocols coordinate and verify actions across real-world environments.
Responsibilities- Design cryptoeconomic systems enabling verifiable commitments and programmable state transitions
- Research identity, attestation, and reputation primitives within decentralized environments
- Develop mechanisms for secure cross-network coordination and trust minimization
- Formalize security assumptions and adversarial models for protocol components
- Prototype and benchmark new consensus or validation schemes
- Collaborate with engineering teams to product ionize research outputs
- Author technical specifications and research documentation
- Contribute to audits and formal security reviews
- Engage with the broader research community, including opportunities to contribute to publications, open-source research, and intellectual property
- Strong foundation in distributed systems, cryptography, or applied mathematics
- Experience designing blockchain or decentralized protocol mechanisms
- Deep understanding of consensus systems and cryptoeconomic incentives
- Familiarity with digital identity, attestation systems, or verifiable data models
- Proficiency in Rust, Go, or similar systems-level languages
- Ability to move from theoretical design to implementation
- Experience with zero-knowledge systems or verifiable computation
- Knowledge of decentralized identity (DID) or credential frameworks
- Background in mechanism design or formal protocol modelling
- Experience contributing to L1/L2 or interoperability protocols
- Published research or open-source protocol contributions
- Culture: A collaborative, globally minded team building the future of physical intelligence. We value curiosity, courage, and creativity, and we’re united by a belief that technology should amplify human potential rather than replace it.
- Impact:
The opportunity to work on projects with national and global significance, from adaptive cities and resilient infrastructure to next generation sports, entertainment, healthcare, and energy. Every product you help build contributes to shaping a safer, smarter, more human centered world. - Growth:
Outstanding opportunities for learning and career development. You’ll collaborate with leaders across AI, robotics, mixed reality, and systems engineering, while working on industry first, frontier scale solutions. - Rewards: A competitive compensation package with healthcare, education support, and generous leave benefits, reflecting the high value we place on our people and their families.
