Position: SOC Manager (Emirati)

Location: Abu Dhabi

Our client, a leading Cybersecurity Company in Abu Dhabi, is seeking an experienced SOC Manager to lead and manage Security Operations Center functions.

• Lead daily SOC operations and cybersecurity monitoring activities
• Manage incident detection, response, escalation, and resolution processes
• Oversee SIEM platforms, threat intelligence, and security tools
• Develop SOC procedures, playbooks, and reporting frameworks
• Lead and mentor SOC analysts and engineers
• Ensure SLA compliance, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and clients on security incidents
• Prepare management reports, dashboards, and risk updates

• Minimum 7 years of cybersecurity / SOC experience
• Previous team leadership or managerial experience
• Strong knowledge of SIEM, EDR, threat detection, incident response
• Experience in regulated / enterprise environments preferred
• Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, GCIA, GCIH are an advantage
