Senior SharePoint & Power Platform Application Support Engineer

Job Role & Responsibilities

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in application support for SharePoint and Power Platform
• Proven expertise in diagnosing and resolving technical issues in SharePoint and Power Platform environments
• Strong understanding of workflows, automation, and integration using Power Automate, Power Apps, and Share Point
• Familiarity with system performance monitoring, upgrades, and optimization in a business‑critical environment
• Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance frameworks

• In‑depth expertise in SharePoint administration
• Hands‑on experience with Power Platform tools
• Advanced troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities
• Strong understanding of system integration and APIs
• Excellent communication and analytical skills

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
