Innovations Global is seeking a seasoned Network Engineer to design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure across on‑premise and cloud environments. This role is critical in ensuring high‑performance, secure, and scalable network operations within a regulated enterprise domain.

As a Network Engineer, you will take ownership of enterprise network design, deployment, and operations, supporting complex environments spanning data centers, cloud platforms, and telecom services. You will work with advanced technologies including Cisco ACI, SD‑WAN, routing protocols, and cloud networking solutions. The role requires strong expertise in automation and Net Dev Ops  practices, ensuring efficient and scalable infrastructure management. You will also collaborate with vendors and stakeholders to maintain service availability, optimize performance, and support business‑critical applications in regulated industries such as banking and telecom.

• Design, implement, and manage enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, and cloud environments
• Configure and optimize routing and switching protocols including BGP, OSPF, STP, and VPNs
• Deploy and manage Cisco ACI environments including HLD/LLD design and Nexus Dashboard
• Support SD‑WAN deployments and optimization across enterprise networks
• Manage load balancing, application delivery, DNS/DHCP services, and telecom connectivity (MPLS, Internet, SIP, PRI)
• Implement network automation using tools such as Python, Ansible, Terraform, and Git
• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high availability
• Collaborate with vendors and internal teams for infrastructure upgrades and service improvements
• Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• Minimum 8+ years of hands‑on experience in network engineering
• Strong expertise in routing, switching, SD‑WAN, and enterprise networking technologies
• Hands‑on experience with Cisco ACI design, deployment, and operations
• Experience with cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP) and hybrid environments
• Knowledge of telecom services (MPLS, Internet Direct, ADSL, SIP, PRI)
• Strong experience in Net Dev Ops  practices and automation tools (Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git)
• Proven experience in regulated environments (banking, telecom, government)
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

• Professional certifications (CCNA, CCNP, CCIE, AWS, Azure, ITIL, PMP/Prince2/Agile)
• Experience with Wi‑Fi solutions and wireless network optimization
• Familiarity with advanced monitoring and observability tools
• Exposure to large‑scale enterprise or multi‑vendor environments
