Technical Program Manager – Robotics Position Overview
The Technical Program Manager – Robotics leads complex robotics programs from concept to deployment, working across software, hardware, autonomy, AI, operations, and security teams. The role requires strong program leadership and a solid technical foundation in robotics or autonomous systems.
You will oversee large-scale robotics initiatives, ensuring system-level integration, testing, validation, and operational readiness.
Key ResponsibilitiesProgram Leadership — Drive end-to-end execution of robotics programs, defining milestones, deliverables, and integrated schedules.
Cross-Functional Coordination — Align software, hardware, autonomy, perception, AI/ML, and integration teams.
System Integration — Lead integration, validation, testing, and deployment readiness activities.
Procurement & Operations — Support procurement, logistics, facility planning, and operational execution.
Stakeholder Management — Interface with leadership, partners, and legal teams during planning and agreement preparation.
Governance Alignment — Apply internal PM frameworks and contribute to improving PM processes and reporting.
- 7+ years in program/project management within robotics, autonomous systems, AI-enabled platforms, or deep-tech.
- Experience managing large, multidisciplinary technical programs.
- Strong understanding of robotics systems (software, hardware, autonomy, integration).
- Knowledge of systems engineering, security standards, and relevant regulations.
- Financial awareness (budgeting, forecasting, cost tracking).
- Ability to interpret project-related legal documents.
- Comfortable in fast-paced, high-pressure environments.
- Arabic language skills are a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Robotics, Computer Science, or related field.
- Master’s degree is a plus.
- Preferred certifications:
PMP
, PRINCE2
, or equivalent. - Additional certifications in project controls or finance are beneficial.
