Job Description
- Define project scope, objectives, timelines, budgets, and success criteria in alignment with business goals.
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
- Prepare and maintain key project documentation including BRD, FRD, project plans, status reports, and executive dashboards.
- Support the planning and execution of Smart Systems projects.
- Track project progress, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.
- Coordinate with technical teams, vendors, compliance, and business stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.
- Manage end-to-end project delivery across Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Lead Agile ceremonies (daily stand‑ups, sprint planning, retrospectives) where applicable.
- Monitor project progress, track milestones, and ensure timely delivery of deliverables.
- Identify, assess, and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies.
- Ensure alignment with IT governance, security policies, and compliance requirements.
- Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and deliverables to ensure quality and accountability.
- Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management and stakeholders.
- Facilitate decision‑making and resolve conflicts across cross‑functional teams.
- Ensure proper change management and control processes are followed.
- Support Dynamics 365 project coordination and system enhancement initiatives.
- Support project handover, documentation, and transition to operations/support teams.
- Support change requests, testing coordination, and deployment planning.
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science or a related field.
- 7–10 years of experience in IT project management or related roles.
- Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects in complex environments.
- Strong experience in Agile (Scrum) and Waterfall methodologies.
- PMP certification or equivalent project management certification is preferred.
- Experience working with vendors and managing third‑party deliverables.
- Familiarity with IT governance, compliance, and risk management practices.
- Strong stakeholder and vendor management skills.
- Excellent planning, organization, and time management abilities.
- Strong leadership and team coordination skills.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Azure Dev Ops).
