Position: [UAE] Senior Product Manager

We are looking for high‑calibre Product Managers capable of identifying customer needs, defining compelling product visions, and leading cross‑functional teams to transform ideas into impactful consumer products.

Qualifications
  • Holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Product Management, Engineering, Computer Science, Digital Technology, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • Has 8-10+ years of experience, with at least 5+ years in Product Management roles
  • Demonstrates significant experience managing consumer‑facing mobile and web applications
  • Has hands‑on experience designing, implementing, or managing Loyalty Programs, customer engagement platforms, rewards ecosystems, or CRM products
  • Brings prior experience within Retail, eCommerce, FMCG, Hospitality, or customer‑centric industries (Retail strongly preferred)
  • Has strong experience working with Agile delivery methodologies (Scrum/Kanban)
  • Can effectively communicate and collaborate with engineering, UX/UI, analytics, and business teams
  • Possesses strong knowledge of customer journeys, personalization, CRM, and customer engagement ecosystems
  • Has experience with product analytics, experimentation, and A/B testing
  • Demonstrates strong understanding of digital KPIs and product performance management
  • Has experience with prototyping and requirements definition tools such as Figma, Jira, Confluence, Miro, etc.
  • Possesses excellent stakeholder management and client‑facing skills
  • Previous experience in Salesforce Loyalty Cloud, CRM platforms, or digital loyalty ecosystems is considered a strong advantage
  • Arabic language proficiency is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
