Senior Oracle Fusion Finance Trainer Scale ERP

Our client is delivering a major Oracle Fusion transformation programme and is seeking a hands-on Senior ERP Trainer with strong classroom delivery experience.

This role requires a confident, credible trainer who can lead full-day end-user sessions at scale and drive adoption across Finance functions.

• Deliver structured, classroom-based training to large end-user groups across Oracle Fusion Finance
• Lead full-day workshops, multi-wave rollouts, and sustained training programmes
• Conduct training needs analysis and build role-based learning paths
• Facilitate UAT walkthroughs and support go-live readiness
• Develop high-quality user guides and quick reference materials to support delivery
• Act as a trusted advisor to business stakeholders during system adoption
• Demonstrated experience running full-day sessions for large user groups
• Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance processes within Oracle Fusion
• Experience supporting UAT and post-go-live adoption
• Comfortable working independently in client-facing environments
• Experience with Oracle PPM
• Oracle certification
• Experience working on large-scale transformation programmes

This is not a purely instructional design role. The successful candidate must be comfortable leading live training sessions at scale and driving user engagement across complex ERP deployments.
