Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to drive the people and adoption side of a large-scale digital transformation program. The role ensures that new systems, processes, and ways of working are successfully embedded across the organization, maximizing adoption, minimizing resistance, and enabling successful rollout across multiple transformation streams.
The Change Manager will operate across several parallel work streams and business areas, working closely with business, IT, and leadership teams to ensure alignment, readiness, and effective implementation.
Key ResponsibilitiesChange Strategy & Planning
- Define and implement the end-to-end change management strategy aligned with the transformation roadmap
- Develop structured change plans per module and workstream, aligned with delivery milestones
- Identify change impacts across functions, roles, and processes
Multi-Stream Coordination & Business Alignment
- Manage change activities across multiple parallel transformation streams
- Ensure consistency and alignment of change approaches across different business areas
- Coordinate with Product Owners, PMO, and delivery teams to integrate change into each module rollout
- Balance priorities and dependencies across streams to avoid change fatigue and conflicts
Stakeholder Management & Engagement
- Identify key stakeholders across departments and establish a strong engagement model
- Build and manage a network of change champions and user representatives across business units
- Support leadership in driving alignment, commitment, and communication
Communication & Awareness
- Develop and execute a clear communication strategy across all levels of the organization
- Translate complex digital initiatives into clear, business-relevant messaging
- Ensure consistent messaging across modules, streams, and stakeholders
Training & Adoption
- Define training strategies and oversee development of training materials
- Ensure business readiness through structured training, onboarding, and support
- Monitor user adoption and address resistance proactively
Change Impact & Readiness Assessment
- Conduct impact assessments to understand organizational, process, and behavioural changes
- Define and track readiness criteria prior to key milestones (e.g., UAT, go-live)
- Ensure alignment between business readiness and technical deployment
Governance & Reporting
- Establish change governance structures aligned with overall program governance
- Track and report change progress, risks, and adoption metrics across all streams
- Provide regular updates to leadership and Steering Committee
- 5-10+ years of experience in change management within digital transformation programs
- Proven experience managing change across multiple work streams and business units
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills at all organizational levels
- Experience in modular or multi-stream transformation programs is a strong advantage
- Familiarity with structured change methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci)
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, complex environments with multiple stakeholders
- Experience in aviation, MRO, or asset-heavy industries is a plus
