SRE Engineer - Appzone and .NET

We have an urgent requirement for SRE Engineer - Appzone and .NET-based applications required for our banking clients in Abu Dhabi, UAE
- 5+ years of experience in SRE/Application Support/Production Support roles is MUST
- Strong experience with Appzone applications/platforms is MUST
- Hands-on experience in .NET technologies is MUST
- Strong experience in Terraform, IaC practice is MUST
- Strong experience in Banking is MUST
- Manage and support Appzone and .NET-based applications in production and non-production environments
- Monitor application performance, availability, and system health using monitoring tools
- Perform incident management, root cause analysis (RCA), and problem resolution
- Ensure high availability and reliability of enterprise applications through proactive monitoring and automation
- Collaborate with development, infrastructure, and Dev Ops teams for deployment and release activities
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines and automation processes
- Optimize application performance, scalability, and operational efficiency
- Support troubleshooting related to APIs, middleware, databases, and integrations
- Maintain system documentation, SOPs, and operational runbooks
- Participate in on-call support and critical issue handling when required
- Ensure compliance with security and operational standards
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in SRE/Application Support/Production Support roles
- Strong experience with Appzone applications/platforms
- Hands-on experience in .NET technologies (.NET Framework / .NET Core)
- Experience with monitoring tools such as Dynatrace, App Dynamics, Splunk, Grafana, or similar
- Familiarity with Dev Ops tools and CI/CD pipelines
- Experience in troubleshooting production incidents and conducting RCA
- Understanding of APIs, microservices, and distributed systems
