UI/UX Designer

Responsibilities
- Design end to end UX and UI from journey intent through to screen level designs
- Translate service and experience concepts into user flows
- Wireframes
- High fidelity UI designs
- Produce developer ready handover artefacts including Figma files with components and layouts
- Clickable high fidelity prototypes
- Interaction and behavior specifications
- Redlines and asset exports
- Design interfaces that work across mobile apps, web platforms, kiosks and assisted service touchpoints
- Collaborate closely with delivery and development teams, product managers, experience and service design leads
- Support design clarification during build and UAT as required
- Proven experience delivering both UX and UI, not UX only or visual only
- Experience designing real, buildable interfaces, not just concepts
- Strong understanding of complex user journeys
- Experience with error states, edge cases, and fallback scenarios
- Experience in high volume, real world service environments such as hospitality or destinations, retail or transport, large consumer or guest facing platforms
- Comfortable working in fast moving delivery environments with multiple stakeholders
