Position Overview

Dicetek LLC is hiring an experienced IT Contracts and Vendor Management Specialist to oversee end‑to‑end procurement, vendor relations, and contract administration for IT products and services. The ideal candidate will ensure all procurement activities comply with corporate governance, legal standards, and internal controls. This role involves managing contracts, fostering vendor partnerships, monitoring performance, and mitigating risks while supporting strategic sourcing initiatives within a regulated environment.

Contracts Management
  • Review, draft, and negotiate IT‑related contracts to ensure clarity, compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Maintain a central repository for all contracts, ensuring version control, renewal tracking, and documentation accuracy.
  • Coordinate with legal, finance, and internal departments to meet contractual deliverables and obligations.
  • Support contract renewals, amendments, and terminations in alignment with business objectives.
  • Ensure all agreements comply with organizational policies, procurement regulations, and audit requirements.
Vendor Management
  • Develop and maintain an approved vendor database, ensuring proper due diligence and onboarding.
  • Conduct regular vendor performance evaluations based on defined KPIs and service‑level agreements.
  • Manage vendor risk assessments and ensure adherence to corporate compliance and ethical standards.
  • Foster long‑term relationships with key suppliers to ensure quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
Procurement and Compliance
  • Work closely with procurement teams to align sourcing strategies with contract and operational requirements.
  • Execute RFPs, tenders, and purchasing activities in compliance with internal policies and governance frameworks.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders to resolve disputes and clarify contractual terms when needed.
  • Maintain compliance with cybersecurity, data protection, and IT procurement standards.
Reporting and Documentation
  • Prepare periodic reports on vendor performance, contract status, and compliance findings for management.
  • Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date procurement documentation for internal and external audits.
  • Track and analyze procurement efficiency, cost optimization, and risk exposure metrics.
IT Asset and Service Management
  • Oversee procurement, deployment, and lifecycle management of IT assets and services.
  • Collaborate with IT teams and vendors to ensure timely upgrades, maintenance, and operational efficiency.
  • Monitor vendor adherence to service‑level agreements and technical performance standards.
Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • 5‑7 years of experience in IT contracts and vendor management, preferably within banking, financial services, or government sectors.
  • Strong understanding of procurement law, vendor lifecycle management, and inventory systems.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in ERP/procurement systems and MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
