• Manage tuning, QA, and product management of Firco Continuity and Firco Trust systems
• Provide expertise in Firco Soft screening solutions including Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, Firco Screen and Keep (FSK), FMM, FML, and FLV
• Analyze and interpret data using mining and analytical tools to improve system performance
• Develop and maintain business requirement documents for compliance system enhancements
• Collaborate with IT, business stakeholders, and vendors to manage system changes and performance improvements
• Assess, review, and fine‑tune sanction screening rules, exceptions, and algorithms
• Monitor system effectiveness and prepare reports for senior management
• Support compliance procedures by evaluating system alignment with governance standards

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Professional certifications in IT or compliance preferred
• Minimum 5 years of compliance experience, with at least 3 years in sanction screening tuning roles within a financial institution
• Hands‑on experience with Firco Continuity, Firco Trust, and related Firco Soft systems
• Strong knowledge of screening technologies, algorithms, and business rules
• Excellent analytical, documentation, and presentation skills
• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Proactive, detail‑oriented, and able to work both independently and in a team
