Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing project plans, schedules and resource allocations
- Maintain project documentation, meeting minutes and status reports
- Track progress of deliverables and flag delays or issues to the PM
- Support vendor coordination and logistics for project execution
- Monitor project costs, invoices and assist in budget tracking
- Facilitate communication between internal teams, clients and partners
- Ensure adherence to company standards and quality controls
- Associate PMP certified (or working towards certification)
- 2-4 years experience in project coordination within IT/system integration
- Exposure to IT infra, networking, cybersecurity, CCTV, and cabling
- Strong organizational and reporting skills with attention to detail
- Ability to learn quickly and work under pressure
- Arabic speaker preferred; male candidates prioritized (per client requirement)
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills
