Job Purpose

Lead technology strategy, architecture, and delivery for platforms supporting equity and debt capital markets, ensuring alignment with business objectives and regulatory standards.

• Act as a Servant leader, creating autonomous teams.
• Own and manage the ETE Technology Service roadmap and execution.
• Lead and drive Agile and Dev Ops ways of working.
• Ensure consistencies across requirements for the Services managed.
• Communicate to all levels of the organization, both verbally and in written form, the plans and progress of the team, including roadmaps and program/project status reporting.
• Coordinate closely with Lead Product Owner and Delivery Owner to plan deliverable execution, support planning of scope, costs, and schedule.
• Take ownership and be fully accountable for delivery, budget management, vendor management, quality of delivery, risks, timeline, coordination, reporting, hiring resources, and communication with stakeholders.
• Architect and optimize systems for Equity Capital Management (ECM) and Debt Capital Management (DCM) capabilities, including deals management, sale module, investor module, book building, settlement, etc.
• Drive innovation through AI automation and cloud-native solutions.
• Ensure compliance with cybersecurity and regulatory frameworks.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical roadmaps and product vision.
• Mentor engineering teams and enforce SDLC and Dev Ops best practices.
• Good in banking domain.
