Responsibilities
- Technical Support: Provide first-level support for hardware and software issues including workstations, printers, and mobile devices.
- Network Maintenance: Monitor and maintain local area networks (LAN), Wi‑Fi systems and VPN connections to ensure maximum uptime.
- System Administration: Manage user accounts, permissions and security settings within the company ecosystem.
- Hardware Management: Assist in installation, configuration and upgrading of computer components and peripherals.
- Security & Backups: Implement and monitor data backup protocols and ensure antivirus software is up to date across all systems.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate logs of equipment inventory, software licenses and technical support tickets.
Must be a Graduate of an IT‑related field (Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, etc.).
ExperienceMinimum 1 year of proven experience in an IT support or technical role.
Technical SkillsProficiency in Windows/Mac OS, basic networking (TCP/IP), and Microsoft 365 administration.
CommunicationStrong verbal and written communication skills in English.
NationalityThis position is open to Filipino and Indian nationals only.
AttributesStrong problem‑solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
