Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end SAP system support, configuration, and enhancement activities.
- Analyze business requirements and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Configure and customize SAP modules based on operational needs.
- Troubleshoot SAP issues and provide timely resolution to users.
- Support SAP integration with third-party applications and internal systems.
- Perform system testing, UAT support, and post-implementation validation.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Finance, HR, Procurement, and IT.
- Ensure SAP data integrity, security, and compliance with company policies.
- Prepare technical and functional documentation for system processes.
- Support SAP upgrades, patches, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide user training and knowledge transfer sessions.
- Minimum 5 years of SAP experience in implementation and support.
- Strong knowledge in one or more SAP modules such as SAP FICO, MM, SD, HCM, BASIS, or ABAP.
- Experience in SAP S/4
HANA is highly preferred. - Strong understanding of business process mapping and workflow optimization.
- Experience in SAP integration and data migration projects.
- Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work in fast-paced enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Systems, or related field.
- SAP Certification is highly preferred.
- Experience working in enterprise or government/semi-government environments is an advantage.
