Senior Project Manager – Support Functions Systems
Responsible for planning, executing, and delivering technology projects across non‑core banking platforms that support enterprise operations, including Finance, HR, Risk, Info Sec, Compliance, Procurement, IT, Legal, and Communication. The role ensures successful delivery of system implementations, upgrades, integrations, and regulatory‑driven initiatives while maintaining alignment with governance, security, and compliance standards within a regulated financial environment.
Key Responsibilities- Drive end‑to‑end delivery from initiation through execution to go‑live, including vendor management and system integration.
- Deliver projects on time, within budget, and with successful go‑live and integration.
- Ensure compliance with internal RCB compliance mandates.
- Achieve full compliance with zero major audit findings.
- Manage cross‑functional stakeholders across business, IT, operations, compliance, and external vendors, ensuring strong stakeholder alignment and satisfaction with no major escalations.
- Drive delivery excellence with clear KPIs on scope, timeline, cost, quality, and benefits realization.
- Deliver projects that meet measurable KPIs in line with IT PMO standards and templates.
- Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date project plans with clear task ownership, dependencies, and progress tracking for proactive issue management and on‑time delivery.
- Maintain detailed project plans in PMO project management software.
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. - Experience:
8–12 years in IT project management, with at least 3–5 years managing enterprise systems (Finance, HR, Risk, Compliance) within banking or financial services. - Certifications:
PMP and/or PRINCE2 (preferred).
- ERP and Procurement Systems (Oracle/SAP or others)
- HR Systems (SAP Success Factors/Workday, Oracle HCM, Connect
HR) - API/Middleware Platforms
- Risk, Compliance and Audit Systems
- IT Infrastructure applications/solutions (PAM, CSPM, DLP, IGA/IAM and SSO)
- Manage Engine
- Data lake, classification, retention, governance, warehouse tools
- Microsoft Project, SharePoint, Excel and Power Point
- JIRA
- Cloud (AWS/Azure preferred)
