Key Responsibilities
- Define and own product vision, strategy, and multi-release roadmaps tied to OKRs and value hypotheses.
- Establish the full product operating model: discovery, build, adopt, operate, including stage-gates and acceptance criteria.
- Partner with Architecture and Governance on patterns for RAG agents, ML models, and ERP AMOS enterprise integrations.
- Own business casing, pricing, and benefit models and post-launch value tracking. Publish executive readouts to senior leadership.
- Lead backlog prioritization, release planning, and cross-vendor squad coordination. Resolve impediments rapidly.
- Institutionalize Responsible AI and security-by-design in partnership with AI Security & Governance.
- Mentor PMs and POs, uplifting product management maturity across the group.
- Run a quarterly AI portfolio governance cadence with business teams and the delivery partner to confirm value‑stream prioritization, funding alignment, and roadmap trade‑offs.
- Define and enforce operational acceptance criteria (SLOs, SLAs, monitoring, runbooks, access model, DR expectations) in partnership with Run & Operate before production go‑live.
- Make stage‑gate decision rights explicit: the client is the final approver at governance gates; the delivery partner is accountable for delivery artefacts and evidence packs.
- Product strategy, market and problem discovery, roadmap and OKRs, stakeholder storytelling.
- Backlog management, release governance, and quantitative value management.
- Strong technical fluency across Azure AI ML, data platforms, security & compliance, Purview, Entra.
- Contracting and SOWs, vendor orchestration, and budget Fin Ops.
- Executive communication: ability to translate between boardroom and engineering squad.
- 12‑14 years in product management, with at least 5 years building AI/data products in enterprise contexts.
- Demonstrable evidence of shipping and scaling core AI products (ML / NLP / GenAI) with measurable business impact.
- Bachelor's or Master's in Engineering, Computer Science, or Business.
- PMP (or equivalent Prince2), or PMI Certified Professional in Managing AI (PMI‑CPMAI).
- Agile/Scrum product certification: PSPO, CSPO, or SAFe POPM.
- Microsoft Azure Fundamentals (AZ‑900).
- Azure AI Engineer (AI‑102) or Azure Solutions Architect (AZ‑305).
