About the Role
We’re seeking a Digital Marketing Manager Arabic Speaker who can drive results across campaigns, platforms, and audience segments. You’ll lead digital strategy, manage media planning and buying, oversee analytics and support the creative teams with performance‑driven insights.
You should be fluent in Arabic content trends and platform nuances and comfortable with analytics tools, and confident working across paid, owned, and earned channels. You’ll act as the digital brain across client campaigns, ensuring content, spend and reach align with business goals.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage digital marketing campaigns across social, search, display, and video platforms.
- Develop and implement integrated digital strategies tailored to Arabic‑speaking audiences.
- Plan and manage media budgets across Meta, Google, Tik Tok, Linked In, and programmatic platforms.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (CPC, CTR, CPA, ROAS, etc.) and optimize campaigns accordingly.
- Collaborate with content, creative, and production teams to align messaging and asset creation with performance goals.
- Produce digital performance reports and insights for internal teams and clients.
- Stay up to date with platform trends, audience behavior, algorithm updates, and regional digital culture.
- Ensure brand safety, targeting precision, and proper tracking and tagging across all campaigns.
- 5–7 years of experience in digital marketing with strong hands‑on campaign management experience.
- Native‑level Arabic and fluent English (spoken and written).
- Proven track record of managing campaigns for regional brands or government accounts.
- Strong proficiency in Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, Tik Tok Ads Manager, Linked In Campaign Manager, and Google Analytics.
- Deep understanding of social content formats and regional audience behaviors.
- Ability to manage budgets, report KPIs, and adjust strategy based on performance.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced cross‑functional agency environment.
- Google Ads / Meta certifications.
- Experience with social listening, SEO, or influencer marketing.
- Familiarity with bilingual campaign messaging and localization.
- Understanding of government content policies or regulations for digital publishing in the UAE.
- Work on meaningful high‑impact national projects.
