The Senior Project Manager will lead the delivery of complex, mission‑critical payment initiatives across cards, payments, integrations with CBUAE services, and digital banking platforms. The role is accountable for end‑to‑end program execution across enterprise systems, ensuring alignment with business strategy, regulatory requirements, and national payment infrastructure standards.

• Lead large‑scale payment transformation programs covering cards, switching, real‑time payments, and digital banking platforms.
• Ensure successful delivery of payment transformation projects within approved scope, budget, and timelines.
• Drive end‑to‑end delivery from initiation through execution to go‑live, including vendor management and system integration.
• Achieve full compliance with internal RCB compliance mandates, resulting in zero major audit findings.
• Manage cross‑functional stakeholders across business, IT, operations, compliance, and external vendors; ensure strong stakeholder alignment and satisfaction with no major escalations.
• Deliver projects with measurable KPIs met for scope, time, cost, quality, and benefits in line with IT PMO standards and templates.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date project plans at all times, with clear task ownership, dependencies, and progress tracking, enabling proactive issue management and on‑time delivery.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in Banking/Fintech, with at least 5+ years managing large‑scale payments or digital banking programs.
• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification (preferred).
