- Technical Support & Maintenance:
Support, monitor, and maintain simulator training devices; attend to flight crew and maintenance requests; ensure daily operational readiness; perform scheduled preventive maintenance. - Troubleshooting & Problem Resolution:
Identify, diagnose, and resolve issues; handle Aircraft On Ground (AOG) events on training devices; work toward long‑term solutions for recurring issues. - Continuous Improvement:
Improve maintenance procedures; handle recurrent updates such as Nav DB, Terr DB, and EFB Charts; support updates to operational software and ensure lesson‑plan accuracy. - Inventory & Logistics Management:
Manage consumable inventory, tools, and logistics; handle yearly inventories, organise storage, and prepare items for shipping. - Skills Growth:
Gain expertise in simulator systems such as Visual Systems, Motion, and Flight Controls.
- Education:
Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or Aviation‑related fields. - Aviation Knowledge:
Foundational understanding of various aircraft, especially commercial jetliners (Airbus family), as well as general aviation and training device terminology. - Language Proficiency:
Strong command of English (reading, writing, speaking). - Customer Focus:
Ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients, ensuring a positive and professional experience. - Technical Knowledge:
Familiarity with computer systems, architecture, networking, operating systems, and basic programming languages. - Training Insight:
Basic understanding of principles and practices in commercial aviation training.
