The Platform Lead will be accountable for delivering robust, scalable, and reliable platform solutions that optimize performance and minimize operational risk. This role involves close collaboration with key stakeholders and is a central part of the Wealth Management Platform team, driving the digital transformation of our business.
Responsibilities- Facilitate the launch of new products or enhance existing ones on Wealth Platforms.
- Develop new delivery channels and upgrade backend systems to ensure operational excellence.
- Oversee end‑to‑end platform management for Wealth Management investment products and services, including product lifecycle oversight, governance, channel optimization, and leveraging data‑driven insights.
- Lead the delivery of new projects and product development with a focus on IT systems and product delivery platforms.
- 8‑10 years of project management experience in Wealth Platforms and related domains, with at least 5 years within reputable banks or financial institutions.
- Proven experience in managing digital platforms and product development, deep understanding of digital product lifecycle, IT systems, and integration methodologies.
- Strong project management skills, ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, and proficiency in preparing documentation (SOWs, BRDs, RFPs) and overseeing UAT/testing environments.
- Solid grasp of wealth management products, investment processes, regulatory and compliance requirements in financial markets.
- Strategic & Analytical Thinking – define and execute platform strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Digital Product & Platform Expertise – manage digital platforms, product lifecycle, and integration practices.
- Project & Program Management – manage multiple initiatives simultaneously and prepare key project documentation.
- Technical & UX/UI Acumen – understand platform architecture, back‑end systems, and design/optimize user interfaces for superior client experience.
- Stakeholder & Vendor Management – communicate effectively with cross‑functional teams and external vendors, negotiate vendor contracts, and manage third‑party integrations.
- Adaptability & Excellence – thrive in a fast‑paced, complex environment while meeting deadlines; stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.
