ADNOC Logistics & Services is seeking a Financial Systems Analyst in Abu Dhabi, UAE to design, implement, and monitor financial systems, ensuring efficiency, security, and compliance. - Review and analyze existing or proposed financial systems to define requirements and recommend improvements
- Lead customization and development of ERP and financial applications with users, developers, and consultants
- Organize and conduct system testing to ensure functionality, security, and user-friendliness
- Act as liaison between users and developers to resolve conflicting requirements and provide feedback for enhancements
- Deliver user training, orientation, and continuous support for financial systems
- Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and user manuals for current and future use
- Monitor system performance and initiate fine-tuning for adaptability and efficiency
- Customize applications and reports based on business requirements
- Install, configure, and manage information systems for users
- Develop and maintain logical and physical data models aligned with business needs
- Coordinate benchmark exercises to align systems with industry best practices
- Serve as focal point for user access, security requirements, and troubleshooting
- Maintain and analyze system documentation; create guides, reports, and flowcharts
- Provide technical support, application training, and assist with data retrieval for users
- Develop procedures and workflows to improve organizational efficiency
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting with formal training in ERP/financial systems implementation
- Minimum 6 years of experience in finance/accounting, including ERP or financial systems implementation in large organizations
- Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CPA) preferred
- Strong knowledge of ERP applications, system customization, and financial processes
- Excellent documentation, analytical, and problem‑solving skills
- Strong communication skills with ability to train and support users
- Proficiency in system security, user management, and troubleshooting
