• Lead testing for digital products including CASA, cards, lending, and onboarding workflows
• Design and execute UAT test plans for mobile, web, and tablet platforms
• Identify defects, track resolutions, and validate fixes using tools like JIRA
• Partner with business and technology teams to align testing with user needs
• Monitor the performance and reliability of launched digital journeys
• Assist in post-launch testing and quality control for maintenance releases
• Support squad backlogs with test cases and input on digital process improvements
• Ensure thorough documentation and reporting of test progress and outcomes
• Act as a liaison for customer-facing teams to relay technical or process issues

• Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or computer science
• 2-3 years of experience in UAT, product management, or technical QA
• Experience working in Agile or Scrum delivery environments
• Solid understanding of digital banking services and user flows
• Strong communication, analytical, and documentation skills
• Ability to prioritize multiple testing tasks across squads and delivery timelines
• Certification in Agile, Scrum, or related product delivery methodologies preferred
