• In the role of Technology Analyst, you will act as a primary developer on applications, conducting requirement analysis, defining activities and modules, leading execution to guarantee superior outcomes, and collaborating with high‑quality solution teams to meet client business needs.
• Recommend changes and improvements to audit engagement procedures or FAB Information Security and IT policies.
• Develop and present an annual risk assessment to identify and prioritize potential audits and areas of improvement.
• Manage ISO internal and external audit engagements, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with objectives.
• Communicate internal control weaknesses and recommendations for compliance with the Head of Service.
• Analyze, review, and track the closure of vulnerabilities assigned to ISO for UAE or international scopes.
• Deep‑dive on the technical aspects of vulnerabilities, assigning them to relevant teams for remediation.
• Conduct weekly meetings with each country to update on vulnerability status, alert pending actions, and support closures.
• Update Phoenix and Phoenix Secure dashboards (JIRA) with action plans, target dates, assignees, and fixed issues.
• Provide weekly progress updates on VA remediation to IT Risk, Program/Project Manager and Service Heads, escalating challenges and roadblocks.
• Coordinate with GSO on scanning status, asset coverage, and false positives, sharing evidence and gaps.
• Validate incorrect assignment of vulnerabilities with IT Risk.
• Coordinate with different domain teams for vulnerability remediation, updating targets and action plans.
• Prioritize closures for regulatory requirements by working closely with all teams.
• Prepare and share VA reports with various teams as required.
• Work closely with IT technical teams for change implementation support related to vulnerabilities.

• In‑depth knowledge of banking and infrastructure technology, and experience working with cross‑functional teams.
• Strong stakeholder management capability; experience working with senior management.
• Strong ethical conduct and business acumen.
• Strong data analysis, analytical and organizational skills.
• High level of trust, diplomacy, courtesy, and tact.
• Current knowledge of industry trends and practices in audit, compliance, and risk management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; extensive personal contact with others.
• Subject‑matter expertise in IT operations & security control domains such as cloud security, application security, change management, disaster recovery, data‑center operations, information security and networks.
• Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation and organizational skills with influence ability.
• Proficiency in multiple security, IT compliance and auditing standards and regulatory requirements including NESA, GDPR, MAS, HKMA, NIST 800‑53, COBIT, ISO 27001, OWASP, ITILv3, CSA.
• Knowledge of ISO audit engagement processes and internal policy compliance.
