We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Assistant Sales Manager to support our business growth in the UAE market. The ideal candidate should have experience in selling technology solutions and a passion for helping organizations transform their operations through automation and digital technologies.
Key Responsibilities- Generate new business opportunities across Abu Dhabi and Dubai.
- Promote Athena's AI-Enabled Document Management, Intelligent Capture, ECM, ERP, and E-Invoicing solutions.
- Conduct client meetings, presentations, product demonstrations, and requirement gathering sessions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate and government customers.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial submissions.
- Work closely with technical and delivery teams to develop customer solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and CRM updates.

- Minimum 1 year experience in IT Sales, Software Sales, Digital Transformation, ECM, ERP, DMS, or related technology solutions.
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to engage with decision-makers and senior management.
- Knowledge of AI, Automation, Document Management, or ERP solutions will be an advantage.
- Self-driven, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, IT, Marketing, or related field.
- UAE Driving License preferred.
- Own vehicle will be an added advantage.
