Lead Product Manager - Fintech​/Lending; Super App

About the Role

We are hiring a Lead Product Manager to join a fast-scaling digital platform in Dubai, to take ownership of the lending product suite within their growing fintech vertical. Our client is an established tech business operating across multiple verticals, including digital payments. With recent growth across their consumer lending product line, they are expanding their product team and hiring a Lead Product Manager to oversee a team of 4 to 5 product managers.

This position offers a full relocation package including flights, visa, private medical cover for self, spouse and three children, plus short-term accommodation on arrival.

• Lead the product strategy and execution of consumer lending services within a super app environment.
• Report into the VP of Lending, focusing on the full lifecycle of lending products, from eligibility and risk assessment to product innovation and performance optimisation.
• Enhance and optimise every stage of the loan journey, from application to disbursement, using a wide data set to make better real-time lending decisions.

• Extensive experience in consumer lending product management within a fintech or digital platform (BNPL etc).
• Deep understanding of digital lending journeys, risk scoring, and eligibility criteria

• Experience working with or leading product teams, with strong mentoring or management capability.
• Proven ability to lead end-to-end product development across tech, design and analytics.
• Strong knowledge of application journeys and data points that impact decisioning.
• Exposure to BNPL, SNPL, or Wage Advance products is beneficial.
• Experience working across emerging markets such as SEA or Europe is welcomed.
