Head of Digital Delivery

We have partnered with a major semi‑government organisation embarking on a digital transformation programme that will redefine citizen and customer experiences. The Head of Digital Delivery will play a pivotal role in leading programme execution across multiple digital platforms and services.

You will be responsible for overseeing large-scale digital initiatives from strategy through delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines and budgets. The role covers delivery governance, vendor management and coordination across IT, business and external partners.

You will lead a delivery team spanning project managers, business analysts and technical leads, ensuring projects are executed to the highest standards while maintaining stakeholder confidence and programme visibility.

You have a proven background in digital transformation delivery within government, semi‑government or large enterprise environments, and the experience leading multi‑million dirham projects across digital platforms, mobile apps and citizen services is essential.

Besides strong leadership and governance capability, you can manage complex stakeholder environments. A background in technology or consulting is highly advantageous.
