The G42 AI Function sits at the center of the group’s AI agenda, shaping enterprise-wide AI strategy, priority use cases, partnerships, and investments. It plays a key role in defining where and how G42 builds, partners, or acquires AI capabilities, while ensuring alignment with national priorities, responsible AI principles, and global best practices.
Within this function, the AI Strategy & Partnerships team works closely with senior leadership, operating companies, and external partners to design and execute G42’s AI growth strategy, structure strategic partnerships, support ecosystem development, and drive cross-group initiatives that scale AI impact across the organization.
Responsibilities- Strategy Analysis: Structure and analyze complex AI-related strategic questions, including market, competitive, and ecosystem assessments. Develop fact-based insights and recommendations to support leadership decision-making.
- Business Case Development: Build quantitative and qualitative business cases for AI initiatives, partnerships, and investments. Assess value creation, risks, and implementation implications.
- Partnership Support: Support the evaluation, structuring, and tracking of strategic partnerships across the AI ecosystem. Coordinate inputs from technical, legal, and commercial teams to support partnership execution.
- Executive Materials: Prepare concise, executive-ready presentations, briefs, and decision documents. Translate complex analyses into clear narratives for senior stakeholders.
- Initiative Execution: Support cross-functional delivery of AI strategy initiatives, tracking milestones and dependencies. Identify risks and issues early and support resolution with relevant stakeholders.
- Market Intelligence: Monitor AI market trends, competitor moves, and emerging technologies. Synthesize insights into implications and opportunities for G42.
- Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier university with strong academic performance;
Master’s degree or MBA from a renowned institution preferred. - Backgrounds in business, engineering, economics, computer science, or related analytical fields.
- 3–5 years of experience in top-tier strategy consulting (e.g., MBB or equivalent) or in a highly selective strategy, corporate development, or transformation role.
- Proven exposure to structured problem solving, executive-level communication, and complex, multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical capabilities, including market analysis, business case development, and synthesis of insights.
- High proficiency in Power Point and Excel
; ability to produce executive-ready outputs under time pressure.
- Solid understanding of AI

, and emerging technologies, with the ability to engage credibly with technical and non-technical stakeholders. - Prior exposure to AI, digital, or technology-related projects is an advantage but not mandatory.
- Structured thinker with high attention to detail and strong ownership mindset.
- Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with senior stakeholder exposure.
